NextAd is the app-publishing business of MSP AI, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a U.S. company registered in California at 800 W El Camino Real, Suite 310, Mountain View, CA 94040, United States. This policy explains what information our published apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Some apps also publish their own policy; where one exists, it governs that app specifically.
No accounts and no sign-in. Our apps do not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
On-device data. Game progress and settings are stored on your device only. They are not uploaded to us and are erased when you uninstall the app.
Attribution and marketing measurement. To understand which marketing campaigns bring players to our apps, we use Adjust, a mobile measurement partner. The Adjust SDK sends:
This information is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with data from other companies to build an advertising profile about you.
Usage analytics. To understand how our apps are used and improve them, we use Google Firebase Analytics, which sends anonymous, aggregated gameplay and app-usage events, general device information, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier. This information is not used to identify you personally.
Our currently released apps do not display advertising, do not contain in-app purchases, and include no third-party advertising SDKs. If that changes in a future release, we will update this policy and the app's store listing before the change ships.
We buy advertising to promote our own apps on platforms including Google Ads. We use the Google Ads API as an internal tool to create those campaigns in our own Google Ads account. That tool creates campaigns only; it does not collect, receive, or process any information about you, and no data from our apps is sold or licensed to anyone.
MSP AI, LLC operates two separate lines of business: the app-publishing studio described on this site, and a publisher-monetization platform at nextad.ai that licenses an SDK to third-party publishers. The apps listed on this site do not integrate that SDK, and data collected by our apps is not shared with, routed through, or sold by that business.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can reset or limit the advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Uninstalling an app erases all on-device data. To request deletion of measurement data associated with your device identifier, email us at dev@nextad.ai with the app name and your device platform, and we will process the request within 30 days.
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above.
